RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Aure Maison hardware. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

ELIGIBILITY
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Customized and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

COSTS
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- A 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund on eligible returns.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Submit a request on our Start a Return page
2. We'll email a return authorization within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item to: 14 Ridge Lane, Weston, CT 06883, USA.
4. After we receive and inspect it, your refund (less the 20% restocking fee) is issued to the original payment method.
